I've noticed a disturbing trend lately. Can you guess what it is?
Thaaaaaaaaaat's right! Another chapter in the showdown between David "Lefty" Schlessinger, and the retarded minions of RMS. This time, instead of just discriminating against women, the Anti-Mono GNU zealots also discriminate against gays.

I’ll ignore the effort at insult and go directly to your implication:
I do not support Schlesinger’s position, or the efforts of Boycott Boycott Novell, any more than I support Roy Schestowitz and Boycott Novell. Do a search, and you can find at least two instances where I make that clear.
I can interact with Schlesinger because he doesn’t become rabid because I don’t support him, and that he is able to read in context instead of indulging in intellectual bungee-jumping towards conclusions. But the interactions are on the basis of agreeing to disagree.
Everyone who opposes him would do their position a lot of good if they acted the same way. For all I know, the owner of this site may have a legitimate grievance against Schlesinger. But his obsessive posting and reposting of the same material is tiresome and counter-productive.

Had not seen that before. However, it doesn’t excuse the way the Anti-Lefty fanboys are acting either. Homophobia is homophobia.
Then again, Lefty at most said “Taking it up the ass”, which one could argue to have ambiguous multiple meanings.

Lefty was referring to never public photographs that he states he purchased to blackmail a party he has a long standing dispute with. He claims he purchased them from an ex of said party. He has made many threats to publish them, such as this one again from his own blog:

That was meant in an absolutely literal, and purely descriptive, sense.
I’ve received on a few occasions, unsolicited, photographs of a rather pornographic nature from several, shall we say, ex-friends of Mr. “Octagon” (aka Jason Christopher Hughes, aka Manuel Luis Arsupial, aka Michael Rudra Nath, aka “Sandy Laphon”, aka “sandala lafoan”, aka “Sondy Lafon”, aka “Umberto”, aka “ZQB”).
They weren’t “purchased” nor was anything provided by me in exchange for them. They’re archived on a disk, quite safely, along with the voluminous other evidence I have against Mr. Hughes there. I’m offering a reward for an address for him, so that legal papers can be served on him, and a case pursued: see http://extinct-marsupial.org. His sole skill seem to be avoiding being found in the real world, hence the plethora of sock-puppets he uses.
For the record, I’m not even aware that he has any children; none of the photos which have been provided to me are of children (thankfully). He has, as you can read on my Wordpress site there, threatened My family.
Again, for the record, I’ve never threatened him with anything other than legal action.

More lies and defamation from Schlesinger, though this admission of criminal blackmail and extreme stalking is a bit of refreshing honesty. And if there were real threats against him from 2006, law enforcement certainly took zero interest in them. Bruce Perens called Schlesinger both a crybaby and a liar, and you see here why he did so.

Sigh. There’s no “admission of criminal blackmail” or “extreme stalking” there.
If I’m guilty, as Mr. “Octagon” claims, of “criminal blackmail”—not to mention the other various felonies he likes to charge me with anywhere he can manage to get away with doing so anonymously on the web—I continue to wonder a few things.
Why is it that he’s hiding, and I’m not? Why is he using such a variety of sock puppets, all of them untraceable, rather than growing a spine, standing up and identifying himself?
As he notes, I don’t even hide my home address on my web site registrations, and I’ve lived in the same place for a couple of decades. I’ve worked at the same place for nine years.
Given that I’m not difficult to locate, either personally or professionally, why hasn’t Mr. “Octagon” filed a report with either his own local police department or mine? Why hasn’t he gotten a restraining order? I’ve even provided him with the phone number of the Santa Cruz County Sheriffs. Has he used it? No.
Mr. “Octagon” claims there are “thousands of victims” of this “stalking” he says I’m doing. Why is it that nobody has ever attempted to file charges against me, or take me to court?
He hasn’t even—in spite of his repetitive whining—ever sent a DMCA notice regarding the photos I have posted of him, in pursuit of a decent address at which papers can be legally served on him to address his defamation and other misbehaviors.
So, where are the “lies”? How’s Mr. “Octagon” been “defamed”? No person with half a wit buys this copy’n'paste yarn of Mr. Octagon’s. “VictoryGrey” writes “i’ve investigated the blogger links you posted and can only come to the conclusion that it is you harassing Lefty, not the other way around.”
The fact is that Mr. “Octagon”—more properly, Jason Christopher Hughes, now going under the name Michael Rudra Nath—is himself a lunatic stalker, and one who’s been at this sort of thing going back a number of years now. Back in the ’90s, he stalked a woman who spurned him after a few dates for years, all over USENET, spreading the same flavor of nutty defamation against her as he does against me. He’s been harassing me in this fashion for years now.

Do you need any more evidence of the extraordinary mental illness of David “Lefty” Schlesinger? Bruce Perens has commented in public on his deranged mental state, and others have as well. But it is in his own words, such as presented here, that the finest and most terminal diagnosis is reached : he is a classic psychotic.
Stalker is as stalker does, and stalker says… and all stalkers claim they are the victim, it is their most classic symptom.

I’d like to know where Mr. “Octagon” took his psychology degree, and in which states he’s licensed to practice. This doesn’t sound like a terribly professional diagnosis to me.
Again, if Jason Christopher Hughes feels he’s being “stalked” and he has evidence of “criminal blackmail”, he should call the cops. Just to make sure Michael Rudra Nath (what does anyone need to change their name so many times for?) has got the information he needs again, the Santa Cruz County Sheriffs department can be contacted by phone at (831) 471-1121.
All of my contact info is plainly visible on the domain registration for extinct-marsupial.org, as Mr. “Octagon” knows quite well: he’s certainly posted it publicly numerous times in the past.
